2026 Crystal Lake Community Expo Vendor Registration is Open! 

Join us on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the Holiday Inn Crystal Lake.

Please read the instructions below carefully before you begin.

Prepare Before You Register

Our registration system DOES NOT allow you to save your progress. You must complete and submit your registration in a single session.

To avoid losing your progress, you must have the following two documents ready to submit before starting the registration form:

1. Signed Hold Harmless Agreement: Complete and sign the form found here.
2. Certificate of Insurance (COI): You must supply an insurance certificate establishing active coverage during the expo. It must include:

• General Liability & Premises Operations: Minimum $1,000,000 for bodily injury and property damage.
• Worker’s Compensation & Disability Benefits: As required by the State of Illinois.
• Certificate Holder & Additional Insured: Both the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce and Holiday Inn Crystal Lake must be listed as Certificate Holder and Additional Insured.

Paying by Check? If you plan to pay for your booth registration via check, please reach out to the Chamber office directly to register. You will still need to have your Hold Harmless and Certificate of Insurance ready to complete your registration.
